This fried noodle flavor is spicy and full of spices. I modify the recipe from the Bango soy sauce website.
Delicious served warm with cucumber pickles and chips.

Ingredients
4 people
500 grams of yellow wet noodles
150 grams of fresh shrimp
150 grams of beef
1 pound of tomatoes
5 pcs of onion
4 cloves garlic
100 grams of cabbage
1 btg leeks
600 ml beef broth (dr of boiled water)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
4 tbsp cooking oil
Ground spices :
7 red chillies (sy: 3 pcs)
5 cloves of garlic
1 cm ginger
3 btr pecan roasted
1/4 teaspoon cilantro
1/4 teaspoon cumin
3 btr roasted anise
3 btr cardamom
1/2 cm of turmeric
1 teaspoon ground pepper
Complementary:
Emping, pickled cucumber
Step
Prepare materials. Boil the beef until tender, thinly sliced, set aside boiling water for broth.
Cut the tomatoes. Thin slices of onion, garlic, spring onions and cabbage. Set aside
Wash noodles with hot water, drain and set aside
Puree ingredients for fine spices. Heat oil, saute onion and white then add the spices smooth, stir-fry until fragrant
Enter the meat and shrimp, mix well. Add broth, bring to a boil
Add cabbage, mix well
Add sweet and salty soy sauce, mix well and bring to a boil
Then enter the noodles, mix until well blended. Add the tomato and spring onions, stirring until smooth. Taste test. May add salt, sugar and pepper if the taste is still not quite fit
Serve warm with pickles and chips
