This year, my sweet peppers were a success.
And I decided to cook one of my favorite summer dishes-sweet pepper stuffed with rice and minced meat.And today I'll share to you the recipe.
Ingredients :
Sweet pepper-10 to 12 pieces
Minced pork or beef-500g
Carrot - 2 pieces
onion-2 medium heads
Rice half a cup
Tomato paste or tomatoes-3-4 pieces
Salt
spice
oil for frying
Sour Cream-2 tablespoons
Preparation recipe
Prepare the sweet pepper. We'll wash, cut off the top, remove the seeds.
Finely chop the onions and grate the carrots. Half onions and carrots fry in sunflower oil and add to the mince. Just add to the stuffing rice, boiled for 7 minutes.
Minced with rice and vegetables, add salt, spices and mix well.Fill the peppers with the finished filling.
Pepper tightly put in a pan in one layer. The peppers have to be stuffed up.Mix the sauce. Mix the remaining carrots and onions with sour cream or tomato paste or with chopped tomatoes.
Peppers pour the prepared sauce, add water. Peppers should be in the liquid a little more than half.
Simmer for about 40 minutes under the lid. On the table sue with sour cream and sauce, in which prepared sweet peppers.
The filling may be vegetable, but about it next time.

В этом году мой сладкий перец удался. И я решила приготовить одно из своих любимых летних блюд - сладкий перец, фаршированный рисом и фаршем.И сегодня я поделюсь с вами рецептом.
Ингредиенты:
Болгарский перец-10-12 штук
Фарш из свинины или говядины-500г
Морковь-2 шт.
лук репчатый-2 средние головки
Рис-половина стакана
Томатная паста или помидоры - 3-4 шт.
Соль
Специи
Масло для жарки
сметана-2 ложки
Рецепт приготовления:
Приготовьте сладкий перец. Помоем, срежем верхушку, уберем семена.
Мелко нарежьте лук и натрите морковь на терке. Половину лука и моркови обжарить на подсолнечном масле и добавить в фарш. Просто добавьте в начинку рис, вареный в течение 7 минут.
Фарш с рисом и овощами посолить, добавить специи и хорошо вымешать. Заполнить перцы готовой начинкой.
Плотно уложить перцы в кастрюлю начинкой вверх в один слой.
Смешать соус. Оставшуюся морковь и лук смешать со сметаной или томатной пастой или с измельчёнными помидорами.
Перец залить приготовленным соусом, добавить воду. Перцы должны быть в жидкости чуть более половины.
Тушить около 40 минут под крышкой. На стол подать со сметаной и соусом, в котором готовили сладкий перец.
Начинка может быть овощной, но об этом в следующий раз.
