Materials
3 packets of plenty of mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
Less than 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
Less than 1/2 teaspoons curry
Less than 1/2 teaspoons paprika smoker
1.5 gr. oregano
Minimum cumin
Minimal chili
Less than 1/2 teaspoons ginger
1/2 teaspoons thyme
1 lemon (the juice)
Oil
1 tbsp. balsamic
2 tbl. balsamic (we put it in the end)
Implementation
Wash the mushrooms or wipe them with a damp cloth.
Remove the larger mushrooms in the middle and put them in a bowl.
In a deep dish, prepare the mixture of spices and stir well.
You can vary the proportions of spices as desired. Also, if you do not have a spice, you can skip it.
Put the mixture of spices, lemon and oil in the bowl with the mushrooms and mix so that our mushrooms are marinated.
I bake them at Delonghi's multi fry, but if you do not have a cookie, you can cook them in a hat with a little water, stirring them from time to time.
When the mushrooms soften, remove the lid from the hat and let them get color.
When the mushrooms are made, put them in a bowl and put 2 tbsp. balsamic and mix.
