500 g chicken stomachs
Salt
Colorful peppers (at will)
Oregano
Smoked paprika
Ginger
1 glass of white wine

On a non-stick pan, sauté the stomachs on a strong fire with some oil for 10 minutes.
Pour salt, oregano, smoked paprika, freshly cut colorful peppers and a little ginger. Mix well.
We turn off the wine and lower the heat to moderate. Allow to boil until a thin sauce is left.
