material :
Potato- 2 boiled and smoked
Leaf cabbage - 3 tablespoons finely chopped
Onions- 2 tablespoons finely chopped
Carrot - 2 teaspoons finely chopped
Capsicum - 2 teaspoons finely chopped
Ginger Garlic and Green Chili Paste - 2 Tablespoons
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Vinegar / Vinager - 1 Tablespoon
Ajinomoto-pinch
Dry bread creams - 3-4 tablespoons
Corn Flour - 2-3 Tablespoons
1 tbsp Oil - 1 tbsp
Method :
Put oil in a pen and pour it on the gas. When the oil is hot, add ginger garlic and green chilli paste and roast on a low flame for 1 minute.
Now add chopped cauliflower, onion, carrot, and capsicum and fry it for a few minutes.
Put soy sauce, azimomoto, salt in it and then add vinegar and fry the flame for 2-3 minutes. Keep in mind that the vegetables are slightly crunchy instead of blooming.
Take them all out in a big bid and let them cool down.
After cooling, mix the boiled potatoes thoroughly and then add dry bread creams in it and mix well, so the binding will be good.
Now take a little bit of the mixture and make it all like fingerprints and make all the fings ready.
Wrap the corn flour on all the fingers, apply corn flour on it well.
Now put oil in a pan and heat it. Fry the pre-prepared fingers in hot oil and deep fry it two to three.
Keep the flame slowly so that the fingers are crisp from the top.
Take your Chinese Wage Fingers ready. Serve them with soya chili sauce or any dip of your choice.
