Twister with marcipan and blackcurrant - you can almost taste how delicious a mouthful these homemade pastry pieces are ... And it's not hard to make your own butter dough but it takes some time with rolling out and resting in the fridge. In return, it is time that is well given - for the taste is absolutely wonderful.
Time: 45 min. + lift and back time
12-14 pcs.
You'll need:
25 g yeast
1 dl of lukewarm milk
250 g of Greek yogurt
½ teaspoon. salt
50 g sugar
1 bar of vanilla
Ca. 450 g wheat flour
200 g of ice-cold butter
200 g of garlic paste
125 g of strawberry marmalade
1 poached egg

How to do it:
Stir the yeast into lukewarm milk, add yogurt, salt, sugar and vanilla kernel and stir the flour for a little while. Slice the dough easily and let it rest for 30 minutes. in the fridge.
Beat the dough and roll it out to a large square. Cut ice-cold butter in thin slices - use if necessary. a cheesecake - and spread it on half of the dough.
Fold the other half over, roll the dough out to double size, fold one third toward the middle and the opposite third over to make three layers.
Scroll back to triple size, fold, roll and fold. Place the dough in the refrigerator 30 min. and roll and then fold an extra time as directed above.
Now roll the dough out to approx. 40 x 30 cm, butter with the remoncen on half and butter the marmalade upstairs. Fold the other half over. Roll so the two sides hang together and cut the dough for approx. 3 cm wide strip, length 15 cm. Slice the dough strips into spirals and place them on a baking sheet with baking paper.
