Hey Steemit fans, My name is isobel and I love to cook
This is my first post so show me some support!
What you will need to create the best chocolate chip muffins:
2 cups plain flour
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup milk
4 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
2 rather large eggs
3/4 cup of sugar
100g of the best butter, melted
What you will need to do:
Preheat the oven to 220°C (420°F). Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl until just mixed.
(It doesnt matter what order you add the ingredients they will all end up in the same space eventually)
Don't over mix or muffins will be tough.
Spoon into well-greased muffin tins and bake for 12-15 minutes, until cooked. Ideally served warm
