Marshmallow Homemade Light:

 Yield: 13 tablespoons;
Calories per tablespoon: 48.

ingredients:

1 cup (tea) of light sugar;
1/3 cup (tea) of water;
4 egg whites;
1 pinch of salt.

Method of preparation:

Prepare a syrup in soft bullet point with the sugar and water.
Beat the egg whites with the salt until they reach the point of hard snow.
Add the boiling syrup in constant wire and knock the mixture grow and stay in marshmallow point.
Stop beating when in warm temperature, almost cold.
