Meat loaf with apples and raisins

Ingredients:
For the dough:
Flour, wholegrain (or milled oatmeal) 150 g
Salt, vinegar 9% (1 tbsp. L.)
For filling:
1-2 small apples
Walnuts 40 g
Raisins 35 g
1 h. L. olive oil
Stevia to taste
Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
Cinnamon 1-2 hours. L.
Nutmeg pinch
Egg for greasing
Preparation:
First, prepare the dough: Mix the flour and salt, add the vinegar and a little water. Knead a soft elastic dough, roll it into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and leave for 1-2 hours.
Prepare the filling: finely chop the nuts, but not flour. Raisins soaked for 5 minutes in boiling water. Apples clean, finely chopped. Add to apples lemon juice, stevia, cinnamon and nutmeg. Then add raisins and mix well.
The dough is divided into three parts. Every part of the roll out into a thin rectangular formation. Each layer of lightly greased with olive oil, put layers of dough on top of each other. Sprinkle with walnuts, and then put the apples with raisins and spices. Carefully wrapped in a roll, zaschepit edge. Coat the strudel with beaten egg and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35 minutes.
Strudel can be served as a heat and cold. It is equally delicious always!
