Ingredients:
1 cup - Brown sugar
1/2 cup - Unsalted butter ( at room temperature )
1 Teaspoon vanilla
2 Egg white
10 tablespoons - Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup - Self-raising flour ( or 1 cup all purpose flour & 1 teaspoon baking soda )
1/2 teaspoon - Salt
1 cup - Chocolate chips
Directions :
1- Preheat oven to 350'F / 175'C
In a large bowl add brown sugar and butter beat with hand mixer on medium speed until smooth, add vanilla
extract and egg white, and mix until combined.
2- Add Self-raising flour (or 1 cup all purpose flour & 1 teaspoon baking soda) , cocoa and salt, then stir. Add in
chocolate chips, continue mixing until incorporated.
3- Drop dough by spoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
4- Bake 8-10 minutes or until set.
5- Cool for a couple minutes then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
