2, take a soup pot, add chicken soup, lemongrass, lemon leaves, red pepper slices, ginger, boil over the fire;

Cooking tips:
- Ginger skin is cold, so be sure to peel
- Shrimp needs to open the back to remove the tendons
- Mushrooms and shrimps must be added after the spices are boiled.
- Do not cook for too long after the shrimp is put in, the shrimp is easy to be old.
- Before starting out, you need to confirm that the sugar has completely melted.
