Today I'm going to share with you a recipe I love when I have a whole heap of different veggies in the fridge and not sure what to do with them.
今天想跟你們分享一個很多蔬菜的食譜 - 是雞腿烤時菜。
Serves: 4
Prep time: 20mins
Cooking time: 45mins
Sitting time: 5 mins
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil | 油小量
- 8-10 drumsticks | 8-10 隻雞腿
- 1/4 cup of flour | 1/4杯麵粉
- Whole heap of veggies - personal favourites are potatoes, red onions, beans, capsicum. Cut the veggies to your desired length/shape/size |不同的蔬菜
- 4 - 6 garlic cloves with the skin on | 4-6 顆大蒜
- 500ml chicken stock |500ml 雞湯
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees | 先把烤爐按在200度
- Heat oil in a large roasting pan over a stove | 放油在烤爐的盤子上預備煮雞和菜
- Dust chicken into the flour and brown in the roasting tray with the veggies, garlic cloves for 5-10 mins |在雞湯上放一點麵粉, 再放菜和·大蒜一起煮5-10 分鐘。
- Sprinkle the remaining flour over the chicken |剩了的麵粉在放在雞腿上
- Remove the pan off stove and season with some salt and pepper |放些鹽和胡椒就關火
- Add the stock into the pan and place the pan into the over for 35mins |落雞湯就放整個盤子到烤爐裡面35分鐘
- Serve the chicken straight from the pan when it has seated for 5mins. Stir the chicken soup around to combine. | 35分鐘後關火等5分鐘就可以吃啦!
There you go! Easy simple ..... I recommend you make some rice on the side so the rice can soak up the soup. Yummmmmm
