Egg envelopes with cheese and ham
A hearty and delicious dish "with a twist", which can be prepared from only 3 ingredients - appetizing, tender and ruddy egg envelopes with ham and cheese. A great alternative to the usual scrambled eggs for breakfast or a quick snack. Try it!

Eggs - 4 pcs.
Ham-130 g
Hard cheese - 100 g
Vegetable oil (for frying) - 1-2 teaspoons

Grate the ham and cheese on a fine grater.
