To me, the flower in this shot isn't anything spectacular, but what does jump out is the color scheme. The reddish, cranberry color with the light lime green just below. I like the way it blends together. It's cool feel, not cool meaning hip, but cool in the sense that it's soft, light, nothing hard about this shot. I was very close to the flower when I took the shot, I zoomed in about as much as possible. I think it turned out pretty good.
