Hello steemians, Today I am translating a recipe of a "Hummus", English to Tagalog version! I am showing this and trying to beautify a post using basic formating tricks. This recipe was originally posted in English by @mers. Check his post HERE. And no further ado, lets start the beautification but in Tagalog version of language.

Hummus is a Levantine dip or spread made from cooked, mashed chickpeas or other beans, blended with tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and garlic. It is popular throughout the Middle East and in Middle Eastern cuisine around the globe

HUMMUS

Mga sangkap:

  • 200 gms (1 cup) chickpeas, soaked in cold water with 1 tsp of bicarbonate of soda
  • 3 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1/2 cup of tahini paste (sesame paste)
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil to add to the paste and a bit for garnishing the top.
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin, a dash of cayenne pepper ( optional if you want to make it a bit sharp).
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika and a bit to garnish the top
  • fine salt to taste.2 tbsp chopped parsley, 1 thinly slice onion to garnish
  • 150 gms. ground beef..

Paghahanda:

  4. Arrange the hummus paste into a platter leaving the middle portion of the plate free to add the cooked ground beef... add the sliced onion and parsley and sprinkle the olive oil all over so it gets the yellow color. Serve with pita or Baguette/ white bread or flat bread (turkish bread) Ihain ng mainit o malamig.

Ok, that's it. Translating English to Filipino is time consuming! Almost two hours before I could finished this!

Its not done yet, we have to put the sources, bagdes, but all of this credit to English version to @mers. Visit her blog ang support her. I don't know if its worth enough, this will be judge to @mers itself if i did the translation right! The last number 4 part, I could not translate correctly to filipino, (or the time consumed) I admit, leaving it as is, ,.

Good morning

Hahaha.. I love my recipe translated into Tagalog. Although some words were not translated, still the essence of reading everything and understanding the instruction is there... keep on steeming ! Thanks @albertvhons.

Yeah, I am honestly exhausted just for this translation! I couldn't do it better!

Please notice how the picture being related, with proper source crediting! The more pictures you can serve about your foods, the better! I hope you get me!

Indeed, I got your point. In Steemit, I only use my own contents and photos and if I use other external materials, the sources are properly credited. That's what correct writers or bloggers should do.... and should not profit from stealing intellectual properties of others!
