Russian Parliament proposes to allow Putin to run 2 more terms

... Resetting terms with the approved constitution changes.

The logic is that for the good of Russia they need a strong leader because of the many challenges these days.

I happen to agree completely. Russia needs Putin as a strong leader. At the very least someone to stand up to the west.
