Maybe you haven't even heard about them, but reflection coins is starting to become a thing. Do you know what it is all about? It is very easy.
You buy tokens, and whenever you do a transaction, a tax is taken from the transaction value. This tax is then stored up and handed out to those who own the token. How much they will receive depends on how many tokens they actually hold. In other words, the more tokens you own, the higher rewards you will receive based on the tax-es gathered from the other transactions in the network.
Who is lucky with this system? Those people who get in early will get awesome taxes and reflection payments regularly, but this will quickly stop as the fuzz stops and the influencers stop talking about it. They will move on to the next reflection coin instead with their big profits, and then the previous will die out, while they get rich spreading the word of the next similar project.
I have seen it with 3-4 projects already, OHMINU, AVAPAY, and ZAZA, and now you have one sharing ETH tokens in profit on Avalanche. But, I doubt that it will survive for a long time, because it is only interesting for as long as the volume is in the sky (that is, as long as new investors are coming). In the moment that stops, these projects have nothing to offer and they will mostly die out.
