R.I.P Pat Kelly

in reggaesteem •  5 years ago

Yesterday, a godfather of Reggae music passed away.
Pat Kelly, known for his smooth falsetto voice was a member of The Techniques as well as having some solo success.

Starting his career in the mid 60's, Kelly continued to perform up until 2018 with his latest performance at Reggae Geel in Belgium.

Here are a number of songs he was lead on for the Techniques as well as one of his solo songs.

They don't make them like they used to.
Rest in peace Pat Kelly.
