open a cmd and write

reg add "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Excel\Security" /v AccessVBOM /t reg_dword /d 1 /f

reg add "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Excel\Security" /v AccessVBOM /t reg_dword /d 1 /f
