I hope that we all stayed True to ourselves & put our heart into everything we did this weekend. Even the nitty gritty icky stuff. I for one can attest to have done/doing so. It might not always feel that great going through some of the things we must...but to be honest - when that is the case - it always feels that much better & sweeter when we do make it through. No matter where you are are, my friends, keep going and know you are not alone. I am here with you and sending BIG REIKI UPS your way in support. You've got this!!

Tonight we are tapping into the eternal light within us. We are activating our Higher Heart Chakra and attuning to the frequency of Self Love to support us through the ups & downs of growth, healing & transformation we may facing or come to face as we continue our cosmic journey of Divine Purpose.

Let Us Begin

As we bring our awareness to the present moment, Here and Now, in this Sacred Space

We are choosing to align with & harmonize to the highest of intentions that we are setting forth for ourselves.

In complete knowing of Who We Truly Are -- The Master of Our Own Being, let us now engage in conscious breathing to open & pre-cleanse & prepare our vessel for this Reiki Boost.

Remember that there is no need to rush or hurry.

Relax into this NOW Moment. Injoy the cycle of breath in (hold for aprox. 3 seconds) and the process of exhaling (slowly and intentionally, also for an approximate count of 3 seconds). Repeat this process a few times, following the guidance of your intuition to know when you're ready to activate your Healing Boost.

When you are ready

Please repeat the following affirmation to yourself three times to activate the energy infused within this Reiki Healing Invocation. (Although doing so silently is effective, I recommend speaking the affirmation aloud -- give it a try and see if this powers things up even further for you as well.)

"Here in this NOW moment, I call the ever present current of Life Energy that is within me to gently rise up and permeate my Being. With the activation of this omnipotent force I am able to sense an immediate presence of joyful, calming vibrations uplifting my mood, improving my outlook and helping me to perceive & receive the spiritual light of insight from within my Higher Heart. I am able to clearly see & affirm the Divine Hand of Sacred Purpose in all events of Life."

Summary of Healing Symbols (left to right)

Cho Ku Rei - This ancient healing symbol is used for activating the flow of Universal Life Force Energy to a particular area for a specific purpose (such as protection, purification, etc.)

Sei He Ki - This ancient healing symbol is used for creating Harmony & Balance & working with Mental/Emotional Bodies.

Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen - This ancient healing symbol is used during quantum healing/distance treatments.

Dai Ko Myo - This ancient healing symbol is known as the Master Symbol and is used for working with personal (or collective) Karma as well as all purpose treatments.
