"I Am Love, and Love is Life.
It is Within the Center of this Truth, the core of My Being, that I Am Now Relaxing as I move into harmony with the vibrations of Wholeness, Balance & Wellness.
From this frequency, I broadcast freely to those around me transmissions of inner-peace, innerstanding, patience and compassion.
I Allow the Love that I Am to infuse all that I choose to say and do.
