Hello I'm from Nigeria. I'm a tenant in this nice self-contain apartment. My landlord is getting me pissed off! I just packed in and paid for two years, and it's my 3rd month. My landlord inspects any friend that comes around. The last time two of my cousins came around he ordered they leave because they consumed more water and that the soakaway will get filled. This is becoming unbearable. I requested for my rent so I could pack out, he said it is non-refundable that I should look for a new tenant to put in and get my remaining rent. I've presented 2 tenants to him and he said he doesn't like them that I should keep searching.
I don't have the patience for all of these! Every day he comes up with something new. You play music, it's noise! You fry things, he coughs when there's no smoke.
Please I need advice because it's becoming unbearable, I could do something evil to this man.

Hello! I'm a student and I have a very serious problem. I cannot afford to live in the hostel alone because of lack of funds. I suggested to My good friend that she should help me find someone neat who we could add up our money and share a space at the hostel.
And behold she nominated herself because she's been staying off-campus.
Gosh! How do I dodge this because she has been supportive academically and financially but she has body odour!
I cannot cope with people who have odours and can't share a bed with them. I've searched if I could find someone else to share with but none.
How do I tell her I can't stay with her because she knows I'm desperate about living with someone due to lack of funds!
How do I walk up to tell her I can't bear her body odour? Please help me out! I'm anticipating the feedback. Thanks

Ewo... my own is finished ooo! I am a certified slay queen and roll with big babes but Yawa Don gbege.. .my expensive boyfriend has gone away. He caught me cheating and that's not the first time. My side boos don't even give me good money. For three months now I've been damn so broke and I've not purchased any new clothes. I've grown so fat my old clothes don't fit me anymore. My friends are looking at me with one kind eyes. I need to change my wardrobe so I can meet up with the slaying standard. My make up things have finished, no foundation,no concealer I borrow up and down. I've been begging my boyfriend he no gree. No job, no money. How do I pimp myself to meet up with my classic friends? I can't go back to square 1 of poverty. Please I need advice.
