Let's relax for a few minutes!
Imagine the next scenario:
"Imagine a river whose clear water runs slowly. The water flows over the stones, bypassing the trees, descending a hill and crossing a valley. Occasionally, one large leaf falls in water and floats on it, moving away. Imagine standing by the water, on the shore, on a warm day, watching the leaves floating on the water.
And now try to become aware of your thoughts. Every time a thought is emerging in your mind, imagine it's written on each leaf. If your thoughts are formulated in words put those words on the leaves. If your thoughts appear in the form of images put those images on the leaves. The goal is to stay near the river, letting the leaves pass by you. Do not try to make water to flow faster or slowly, and do not try to modify what appears on the leaves. If the leaves disappear or you wake up with your mind somewhere else , or if you notice you've gotten into water or a leaf, just stop and notice that this happened. Then go back to the river, follow the thoughts as you come to mind, write down a leaf and let it float on the flowing water. "
Continue to do this for 10 minutes! Close your eyes and to this exercise!
