Ramadhan day 19
The Blessed Nights Are Here
Last ten nights of Ramadhan are here. This is an amazing, powerful and unique time. These days are the most spiritually charged days of the year, more full of power than a great star or the mighty ocean. And one of these days is Laylatul-Qadr, the Night of Power, equal to a thousand months. Every prayer is magnified, every good deed is multiplied exponentially.
What to say during Laylatul Qadr ?
It was recommended to supplicate a lot during this night. Imaam Tirmidhi (rahimahuLlaah) reported in his Sunan that ‘Aa'isha (radiyAllaahu anha), said: “ O Messenger of ALLAAH! What if I knew which night Laylatul-Qadr was, then what should I say in it ?” The Prophet (salaLlaahu 'alayhi Wa salaam) said: “Say,
(Allahumma innaka ‘affuwwun tuhibbul ‘afwa fa’fu ‘annee.)
“ O ALLAAH You are the one who pardons greatly, and loves to pardon, so pardon me .”
Dear brethren, the blessed nights are here, let's make judicious use of this opportunity, let's turn to Allaah in forgiveness, verily He forgives greatly.
May Allaah(subhanahu Wa ta'ala) assist us and forgive our shortcomings.
