In the Name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. AMEN.

O Lord, You are my God, I thirst for You.
I lift up my hands and bless you this morning.
May everything you made bless You.
May all creation sing their song for You.
May this body of mine be a house of prayer Lord, every morning.
Provide for my needs today.
Forgive my weaknesses and failings.
Protect me from danger, Lord, as well as my loved ones.
And may your sons and daughters everywhere be like living stones, alive and strong for the day. AMEN.
