The new birth is a creative act where, God takes the faith of the believer, and unites it to the power of the "HOLY SPIRIT", this produces the miracle of a new heart and a new spirit. "Born again," the literal phrase means "Born from on high," Jesus answered a question that Nicodemus did not even make. He read the heart and went straight to the heart of the problem, namely, his need for transformation or spiritual regeneration that can only be produce the Holy Spirit. The new birth is an act of God for which eternal life is given to the believer. according to John 1: 12,13 "be born again" also corresponds to the idea of "being made children of God" through the trust placed in the verb.!
