"He makes wars cease to the end of the earth, He breaks the bow and cuts the spear in two; He burns the chariot in the fire." PSALM 46:9.
PRAYER
Merciful Father, the God of peace and concord, please cause every conceivable war raging inside us and around us to cease; whether they be spiritual, financial, marital, emotional, academic, relational, or health related. Please intervene and make an end of these wars, including all external wars looming between nations. Rid us of despotic men and situations that create wars. Render useless all the implements of wars and restore to us the spirit of peace . May Your people and nations know profound rest and tranquility, that only You can give, in Jesus name, Amen.
