The revelation of the Quran was not to include the previous revelations but rather to further clarify and expand the current understanding of theology and misconceptions that was formed by humans after the holy bible and torah was revealed

So you call the Bible "previous revelations"... Does this mean that you think the Bible is considered by Islam to be revelation? Is it imperfect? If so, how so?

The Bible is most definitely without doubt considered as revelation that was revealed to the Prophet Jesus (Peace be upon him) also known as Isa (AS) in Islam. The Prophet Jesus is considered as one of the greatest men and is mentioned several times in the Quran.
The Bible was perfect and pure at the time of revelation but because of deviation of theology, many different versions of the the holy books has surfaced.
Unfortunately I have not done any comparative religious studies therefore I am unable to answer you further regarding this, but feel free to question me on the religion of Islam and I will try and answer you to the best of my ability
