Today I would like to look at Proverbs 16 verse 1

1)We may make our plans, but God has the last word.

We can make our plans, but our life is not in our own hands, God has the final say, therefor it is important for us to ask God for guidance, through prayer.

I love this scripture. At one point in my life I was so frustrated and mentioned to a friend that I felt I wasn't in control of my own life and the friend said very lovingly, "you do understand that that is a good thing."

It is wise to only make plans around God's plan for our lives.

When Jonah rebelled against God's plan for his life by running away to Tarshish, all hell broke loose against him.

That teaches me that the radius of God's plan for my life is the perimeter of my safety.

Very nice explanation. Love the scripture. Better, The plans of the heart belong to man, but the utterance of the tongue is from Yahweh. Thoughts come and go, as it were, spontaneously; but true, well ordered speech is the gift of God.

Yes you're right. Psalm 23 says...4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Anyone who ask God for guidance won't go astray. God can guide us in difficult situation if we consult Him. We don't own our lives. Good message my friend. Hope you're enjoying your day?

We surely need to ask God for guidance through prayers. He wants to lead us, but He can only do it in the place of prayers. We have to connect with Him in prayers.

many people do not understand that God will never change His position to suit our own plan, we are the one to align our plans with His plan for our lives. We constantly need to understand that God's delay is not God's denial and a disappointment simply means that it is' not this appointment' .
