Rely on Jesus: Understand, then, that those who have faith are children of Abraham. Galatians 3:7

The Apostle Paul taught to us that those who live under the law of Moses cannot inherit the new promises of God, that is, the promises of the Sermon on the Mount, and in particular the gift of eternal life.
With the arrival of Jesus and his spiritual kingdom there are no longer only children of Abraham according to the flesh, but also according to the spirit; because God from the beginning of time chose men for a special quality, the spiritual gift of fear of God (constancy, firmness, devotion, equanimity, and stability).
With our Lord Jesus, as in the Parable of the Sower (Matthew 13:1-23), the important thing is the good land where faith is deposited. And the gift of faith to germinate, grow, and bear fruit needs that fear of God that feeds the heart and soul of man; because the apostle Peter already said about this: "I now realize how true it is that God does not show favoritism but accepts from every nation the one who fears him and does what is right" Acts 10:34.
That is why Paul in his epistle to the Galatians, emphasized the gift of faith over the Law of Moses, with Jesus we receive that special grace that makes us free from the slavery of sin, and therefore children of Abraham according to the spirit, in other words, according to the grace from above:
"Understand, then, that those who have faith are children of Abraham. Scripture foresaw that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, and announced the gospel in advance to Abraham: ´All nations will be blessed through you. So those who rely on faith are blessed along with Abraham, the man of faith" Galatians 3:7-9.
Because of their importance, Paul's writings marked the definitive separation of the new religion that was born with Jesus, the christianity, with judaism.
