~ ES PISANG IJO ~
Bahan kulit:
400ml air pandan, 200gr tepung terigu, 200gr tpg beras, 50gr gula pasir, garam dikit,600ml santan. caranya; Masukan semua bahan dlm wadah aduk rata, lalu kukus adonan 25 menit, angkat n aduk sampai kalis, Siapkan plastik, ambil 1sdm adonan lalu pipihkan,letakan 1 pisang lalu balut n tertutup oleh adonan. lalu kukus 20menit.
BAHAN Bubur:
50 gr tepung beras,500ml santan,garam dikit,100gr gula pasir, pandan.
Caranya: Campur semua bahan masak hingga meletup n kental.
Penyajian: Siapkan wadah, taruh sumsum , potong pisang ijo lalu beri es batu, n tuangi sirup merah beri toping...
