I had good intentions. Going to start eating healthier. Going to start working out. And here it is....the first week of 2018 is coming to an end and I am still eating the same crap I was eating the end of 2017 and sitting on the couch.
I feel so much better when I eat my veggies and get to moving. So why am I sitting here on my couch after eating fried fish for lunch that has my stomach hurting.
I have this ginormous treadmill. And I just sit here looking at it. Wishing I hadn’t eaten that fried fish for lunch!
I need to find my motivation!
