Getting a new game is always exciting, but when you start playing you will sometimes fall into the most obvious traps when you start. Sometimes you repeat that same mistake over and over again. Don't worry though, you are not alone.
So here is 5 games that have traps built in you all fell for... Maybe.
5 - Mario Bros.;-
Who would of thought that a little walking fungus could be so harmful to your character. A 'Goomba' is the first enemy you encounter when you start playing the original Mario game. And you will not believe how many people just ran straight into it. The Dev's placed it there on purpose to ''Teach'' you how to jump and kill enemies in the game. Inevitably, so many people died and had to keep restarting the game until they figured out how to kill it.

4 - Deus Ex;-
Stealth games have become more popular over time, but back in the late 90's early 00's, it was all about guns blazing and shoot everything that moved. When Deus Ex was released, being a first person shooter, everyone expected to go all out shooting everything, but quickly learned that the game is all about stealth, but many people didn't get this until the 5th attempt, sometimes more without failing the first mission.

3 – Legend Of Zelda;-
in many of the legend of Zelda games since 1987, the Lost Woods has made several appearances. With its name being a clear indication of what might happen and even being told by characters, you still enter and you have fell for the most obvious trap in gaming history. You got Lost in the Lost woods... go figure. Take a wrong turn and you are sent right back to where you started.

2 - Driver;-
Even before GTA 3 let you explore the 3D world of a city, Driver did exactly that too. But if you wanted to get to the outside world, you had to complete a set of tasks to learn how to handle the car. The problem is however, you have to complete these tasks in a small, cramped car park, complete with pillars and other cars, you hit anything, you fail. And there is a time limit.

1 - Snakes Revenge;-
There are many traps within the Metal Gear Franchise, but the cruellest one I can find was in Snakes revenge on the NES. You just had a battle and you need some life, you open a room and just in the middle there is some health or ammo. If you run to it to fast, you will fall down a trap door, killing you, forcing you to start the level over again. There are multiple rooms and paths that have hidden trap doors, all just after or during a battle, and if you run out of lives, you are back at the beginning of the game. To make matters worse, if you do want to get back to the point you died, you have to enter a 16 character code that you have to write down if you want to save the game.

there is a saying that I like... ''You can't Cure Stupid'' and if you fell for the traps over and over again, well. You shouldn't be playing that game.

I used to play Driver loads, it was a wonderful game at the time. But that start up section was so infuriating - ludicrously difficult to stick at the begining before you could even do anything in the game. I forget how many times I flung the car around the car park only to nudge something and fail - along with a few choice expletives thrown out for good measure.
