My Vintage Computer Collection - retro office tour

in retrocomputing •  7 years ago  (edited)

A little more than a year ago I made of video of... geez, I started this sentence wrong.  I could just start over, but that would be boring.  So I will think as I type.  Okay, so...  I did an office tour on video about a year ago.  In the video I show some of my vintage computers and retro video game consoles.  Some of that stuff I had picked up shortly before the video.  Goodies I got from Paul Thurrott.  He's a technology writer, an excellent one at that.  Covers Microsoft, Google, Sony, Apple, etc.. He was kind enough to give me consoles and a ton of games, mostly for the Intellivision.  Anyway, this video is actually dated in that I am always changing the layout of my home office.  I'm never content with any one set-up.  I do wish I could afford a professional to set it up.  Well, enjoy!

Nice collection! I wish I had my collection all set up like that so I could use it every day. Very cool. You just gained a new follower.

Thank you. Are you lacking space? My wife "allowed" me to have the basement, she gets to do whatever to the rest of the house... I considered the garage, but between the car and North East weather... Not good.

Yeah I'm finally down to only using one room in the house for my collection; although its still too much to set up all at once. I usually cycle from one toy to the next every once in a while.

Saweeet! I'm now following you, please follow back.
