Most ICO’s are new assets being created via the blockchain.
A reverse ICO instead, would take already existing securities (like stocks) and make them blockchain assets.
This mechanism would avoid a lot of the headaches current tokens go through because stocks are already securities and would be using blockchain technology to make trading stocks easier.
