[Waifu Wednesday] Tateyama Ayano

in review •  7 years ago

A dream sister who will never leave you in grief ... or maybe not. It's even sad to remember Tateyama Ayano's sister from Mekakucity Actors.

You think we're gonna get out of the baper wave? I'm sorry, I still want to hurt, open old wounds, or whatever I need to do so you guys who read this rubric baper back #EvilGrin

If you think the pirate series movie that just ended in the cinema some time ago is quite absurd because it is completely made based on the attractions of a theme park. So the anime series that I discussed this time is also no less unique, because the story of this series is completely made based on a series of vocaloid songs made by Shizen no Teki-P or commonly called Jin.

Mekakucity Actors or in his native language is referred to as "Mekakushi Dan" is a group of teenagers who have the supernatural ability of his eyes. This teen group makes a special gang so they can protect each other.

Despite having a screentime that was not too much, but Ayano's brother caught my attention. One is due to the fact that he founded the Mekakushi gang and became a member of "0".

In addition, many other factors that let me explain it directly in the explanations below. But beforehand, let's set the song Ayano-neechan before starting reading this article

+ Big Sister

If I have a sister like this, it's guaranteed I will not have friends forever. Because Ayano already has the capacity as a brother, friend, and leader at the same time. Besides, my sister this one is pretty, ehuehuehue ...

Actually I personally a little less comfortable writing Ayano in the rubric 'Waifu Wednesday'. I prefer that Ayano be written in the rubric of 'Onee-chan Wednesday' even though it's unlikely that I can submit it to Randy's boss for various factors.

+ Caring

One unique thing from the Mekakushi gang is they simultaneously & compactly consider Ayano as "Nee-san" or sister. Not as "Supreme Leader", "der Fuhrer", or other nicknames although structurally Ayano is their leader.

Investigate a calibaration, it seems that love and concern is very high that makes Ayano considered as a brother of them all. Tsubomi, Kousuke, and Shuuya are the three lucky people who first experienced Ayano's affections when they were adopted and became part of the Tateyama family.

But unfortunately Ayano just show his affection in the form of brother's relationship to his siblings, what about a lover?

+ Warms you up

The red scarf always worn by Ayano not only warms for himself. When the first trio of Tsubomi, Kousuke, and Shuuya came to Tateyama's residence, they came in a state of fear and anxiety about the supernatural powers of their red eyes. Because they are often called monsters in their previous family due to these strengths.

But Ayano immediately approaches and soothes them not to worry. Ayano invites them to play inside his house. He spread his red scarf saying "Red is the color of the hero!". Implicitly, they may be interpreted so that they do not have to fear their red eyes.

Ayano also often comes into mind Shintaro. He can do it because it has the power of "Me wo Kakeru", which allows Ayano to project a message of mind as well as memory of others even though Ayano is already in the realms of death.

Honestly the more I write this, the more I feel if Ayano is more suitable if my sister is just then so waifu. Especially if you look at some shortcomings of him like ...

- Somewhat 'clumsy'

Outside of Ayano's advantages described above, it seems that the Nee-chan has a pretty funny moe gap, that's because he's the clumsy type of girl.

The total opposite of his image as "Dependable sibling", Ayano can not escape carelessness. How many times Ayano showed his carelessness in front of Shintaro like an innocent girl. Ayano also once said on one occasion "Hehe, what can make ... I'm really stupid".

– Too much sacrifice

Because of the high sense of affection owned by Ayano, he just wanted to see his loved ones happy. He also did not want to see the people around him until he was injured let alone killed just because of his desire to see his mother alive again.

But the love affair that must be paid by Ayano with his own life. Ayano sacrificed himself so that his remaining family was not hurt by 'The Snake'. Yes it does reduce the casualties anyway, but it adds psychological scars to the abandoned ...

Maybe while reading this section of the song is up, but it feels the stanza of this one song is still sticking in my head.

Still want to continue the wave bapernya? Or want a request from another Mekakushi gang member?
