I've used Quadrigacx extensively this past year with no issues whatsoever. Their trading engine that matches buy and sell orders is fast and order execution is immediate.
Quadrigacx is a Bitcoin exchange based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. So if you are from Canada I highly recommend this exchange for buying or selling any of the supported cryptocurrencies. Except for the United States, all countries are supported by Quadrigacx and they accept international IDs for account verification.
Quadrigacx trading fees ranges from 0.2% and 0.5% depending on which pair you are trading.
Quadrigacx provides you with multiple ways to fund your account through Bank wires, Interac e-Transfer, Crypto Capital, Vouchers or any of the five supported cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin Gold, Ethereum or Litecoin).

When it comes to liquidity, Quadrigacx is a very liquid exchange especially for BTC/CAD market, also Quadrigacx is a very active exchange too with a daily trading volume exceeding $21 Million CAD.
Quadrigacx has been running for years without any incident of users losing funds thanks to the way they handle their exchange's security. Most of users funds are held in an encrypted cold storage and they support Two-Factor Authentication for safer logins.
Unlike most exchanges, Quadrigacx supported Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin Gold forks, this allowed users to sell or withdraw these coins without having to use a special wallet.
