Hi friends, I'm back, after a few days with health difficulties, today I catch up with my usual weekly review of the most prominent articles in the Project HOPE community.

As always, it is an immense pleasure to be able to present this week's outstanding authors, always remembering the degree of difficulty involved in having to choose three publications among so many excellent writings.

Second, I want to highlight a reflection by @samminator, where it refers to the important things in life such as giving, or doing things to help other people, the meaning of the valuable things that we can do for others, as this is makes life meaningful before materialism.

The technology that unites us is the same technology that separates us.

@wiseagent shows us the reality behind the internet and the separation it achieves between families, friends and acquaintances, despite being a tool created to unite and shorten the distances between loved ones.

It is a great reflection that strips that world in which we all sometimes get involved inadvertently, but we must try to regulate its use in a way that we avoid greater damage.
