Review :
Original Score: 2/5
It's tiresome stuff, with needless bickering substituted for actual character development (the script, from debut writer-director Ben Smith, needed work), while the US setting is baffling.
Original Score: 3/5
StarDog may work its slight charms on young children, but older kids will feel they've seen smarter, funnier and cleverer before.

Original Score: 2/5
Likeable rather than memorable, but worth a look for junior fans of animal adventures like Zootropolis and PAW Patrol.
The animation isn't awful, but the best one can say for the script is that it does no harm.

Original Score: 3/5
There's little depth to the world of Glenfield, but the cartoon slapstick, Bill Nighy's 1980s robot butler and an engaging double act from Nick Frost and Luke Evans still make this a good option for younger children.

Original Score: 3/5
The backdrops and character designs are fairly basic, but there's a smattering of wit that should help the film find its family audience.

Original Score: 2/5
A good entry point, but they haven't reached the stars yet.

Original Score: 2/5
Flat-feeling animated animal adventure has cartoon violence.
