Revolution : A need of hour for developing countries

You all knew there are many types of revolution we have been gone through in the world. But today we are giving light to the revolution, which is need of hour in developing countries like India , Brazil, Bangladesh etc.
The revolution we are talking about is Green revolution. Yes, green revolution means increasing the productivity of crops with less exploitation of resources and increasing the technology used in agriculture with improved cultivation techniques.
Developing countries need green revolution because their productivity of crops is very lower than the developed nations.
Where is the problem :
The problem of low productivity of crop in these nations is due to their agriculture policy by Government, not sufficient uses of pesticides and insecticides in crops, and also the regular irrigation is not provided in these nations which are core strengths of an agricultural first country.
These nation need green revolution because around 40-70 percent of population is in agriculture profession. As agriculture is the main source of income of these nations. These nations really need to hit by a green revolution or by some great agricultural reforms.
