A Revolution of Common Sense!

American Manufacturers Make No Commitment to Improvement.

I was watching a video recently about American Manufacturers that say they need trained individuals to operate specific machinery; but will make no commitment to achieving that goal. We really need a Revolution of Common Sense. How can they realistically expect to compete globally, when they have no intentions of changing their systems of operations? They claim that you must have a certain level of education to understand the basic operations of machinery and such; yet they also say: “We will not train the individuals we need, that is someone else job.” It’s a complete shambles, it is completely naïve to believe that another organization is responsible to train the staff that you need to make your operation better.

I have worked in manufacturing and know from experience that the machines of a particular company are made to produce specific parts. No matter what type of background you have from one manufacturing facility, you will still have to be trained to work in another environment. America is not an illiterate nation; but multi-national corporations only seek to get a product made as cheaply as possible. They will utilize labor in countries like China, Mexico, Taiwan, Philippines, etc. and will literally provide the training because they have no intention of paying a livable wage. Here in America, where the cost of living is much greater, these same companies will not consider training because they must pay an employee above the minimum wage.

As I’ve said: “It’s all a shambles.” The Employers of this nation have no loyalty to the workers or the country in which they operate. The beloved Apple that creates a host of products and have amassed a loyal following of consumers, manufacture those same beloved products sold in America, in China! In China, there is literally no way you can make me believe that thousands of manufacturing facilities, all have trained individuals, that came in that way! What they do have is manpower and they use it well. They have no problem hiring a teen straight out of high school and spending a week to a month providing training. This is the reason China will overtake America. There will be no one to blame when this happens, because here in America we still want to be racists, misogynists, separatists and cold-hearted bastards!

The very government contrives numbers out of thin air and boasts that the unemployment rate is the lowest in decades. This is also a farce. Those numbers do not reflect, the perpetually unemployed, those who have used all unemployment benefits, the disenfranchised, those who utilize temp agencies to try to maintain. It’s all a farce and the floor will be pulled from underneath us, because we allow a system of greed and malice to consume our common sense.

How to Truly Make America Great

If we truly want to make America Great, we must throw out the old and start with something brand new. You cannot put new wine into old wine-skins, it will burst. You must put new wine into new skins so they can age together. First we need to get rid of the lying politicians, the racist police and the confederate ideas of old. The Confederacy (aka the White Supremacists) and that ideology is the creator of hate, separation and caste conflicts that have plagued America from its commencement to this present day.
