Ingredients
Raw Rice - 1/2 Cup ( Soaked For 2 Hours )
Milk - 1 litre
Cashew Nuts
Sugar Half Cup
Cardamom - 3-4
Method
- Heat a pan and add the milk to it
- Bring it to a boil
- Add the cooked rice to the milk and let it simmer till the milk is thickened
- Add add sugar if you don’t have condensed milk) and mix well
- add the nuts and roast them till they are golden in color
- Add the roasted nuts, cardamom and mix well
- Serve the Instant Rice Kheer warm.
