I want to share a little recipe from my beloved mother, the recipe time wants really amazing taste, you can try at home.

           Let's see the ingredients:

-280 grams of Wheat Flour
-2 tablespoons Starchy Flour
-2 pieces Eggs
-1 tablespoon Melted butter
Ingredient material inside:
-2 carrots
-3 pieces of Potatoes

  • 4 Onions Onion
    -3 cloves Garlic
    -1/2 cup Starfruit Water

How to make:
1.Combine wheat flour, starch, butter, salt, 1 egg whipped off, and water. Stir well so that nothing is clumped. The viscosity of the flour dough should be noted.
2.Skinny carrots and potatoes, diced small. Puree garlic + red pepper and salt. Heat the oil 2 tablespoons, stir-fry the spices and add the carrots and potatoes. Saute for a while, add water stirring constantly until dry.

  1. Heat the anti-sticky teflon, take the dough of flour sufficiently, flatten like a spring roll. Remove after dry.
    4.Place the contents on the edge, then fold the left and right edges inwards and roll them.
    5.Dip it in a loosely shaken egg after it rolls into the flour. Heat oil over low heat, fry until browned.
