Thomas Binger said that he wouldn't make any public statements about Rittenhouse after the trial because it would be unethical. Well, he just did an interview for the Miranda Warnings Podcast; so, I guess that was another lie.
Binger also spent about the first twenty minutes of the podcast barely mentioning the law or any evidence. Rather, he went in depth about how he wanted the jury to see Kyle and used some sneaky language that basically just translated to "I wanted to attack Rittenhouse's character."
Binger is precisely the kind of person who should make us all afraid of our criminal justice system.
Really, if you haven't, I would recommend watching at least a few hours of the trial straight through. Don't listen to the podcast unless you do. We don't have enough of these trials being broadcast so publicly. Just imagine yourself being falsely accused of a crime and look at how Binger operates in real time. If that doesn't terrify you, you're not paying attention.
