First off, the dialogue has to be natural not scripted so it should have some colloquial words but also have some formal word usage so it doesn't sound fake. The way you talk depends on your voice. For example, your voice can be high pitched, medium or low pitched. If you have a high-pitched voice then don't talk too fast and loud so the listeners will not know what you are talking about. If you have a low-pitched voice then keep the tone low and consider raising the pitch to make it sound more interesting. When you talk, don't speed it up because it'll make the listeners feel they are running after you. Start off with some small talk. Small talks are used to build the atmosphere and make them comfortable.
