Rockstar’s period detective action adventure game, L.A. Noire, is being re-released for current generation consoles (Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and the Nintendo Switch) and take advantage of the hardware within the Xbox One X and Playstation Pro. A new trailer has been released showcasing the game in glorious 4K; watch it below…
LA Noire
L.A. Noire already looked great when it was released on the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 back in 2011 but now with the updated graphics it looks amazing. The facial motion-capture technology that was used to create the realistic character animations certainly creates one of those ‘uncanny valley’ moments when you watch the trailer in 4K.
For those of you who don’t know about L.A. Noire is a 1940’s detective action adventure game that follows the story of detective Cole Phelps as he rises through the LAPD ranks whilst investigating a gruesome string of murders.
L.A. Noire will be available for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch on the 14th November and for those with a HTC Vive, there will be L.A. Noire: The VR Case Files released on the same day.

James Gunn says the Marvel vs DC fan rivalry is “wasted energy”
With the release of Thor: Ragnarok and Justice League, we can presumably expect the hardcore Marvel and DC fanbases to be at each others’ throats once again, with the “rivalry” between the two superhero kings seemingly showing no sign of slowing down.
