Steel Billet Heating Furnace Water Recycling System
The temperature of the water is only raised, and the water quality is not polluted. The return water is directly sent to the cooling tower to cool down by using the residual pressure, and then sent to the user for recycling through the water pump. In order to ensure two-hour uninterrupted water supply in the case of billet heating furnace accidents, diesel water pumps are generally used for steel rolling mills, and individual rolling mills are also connected to the water supply pipes of the continuous casting machine accident water tower for double insurance.
Rolling Mill Water Recycling System
It is mainly used for indirect cooling water for motors, hydraulic systems, lubrication systems and other equipment in the rolling mill area. After the water is used, the temperature only rises, and the water quality is not polluted. The return water uses the residual pressure to directly go to the cooling tower to cool down, and then it is pressurized by the water pump and sent to the user for recycling.
Rolling Mill Turbid Water Recycling System
According to the requirements of the user's water supply pressure, there are three water supply systems of low pressure, medium pressure and high pressure, which are respectively used for direct cooling water of the roller table, dust removal and roller equipment. After preliminarily settling to remove large particles of iron scale, part of it is used for flushing the iron scale ditch and returned to the primary iron scale sedimentation tank; the remaining part is removed by the chemical degreaser after removing oil and suspended solids, and then cooled and pressurized on the tower for recycling by users.
