Homestar Runner - The Origin of the Word "Doge" is revealed!

Hello, terrific internet folks! My name’s Homestar Runner, and I’m kind of a big deal around here.

Homestar Runner is, animated web cartoon series that became a cult favorite in the early 2000s.

With over 90 characters in the show, and Runner being the main one, there’s immense untapped potential here.

If a main character coin like Runner hits significant market caps, it could ignite a new meta, much like we’ve seen with coins like Pepe (along with Andy, Brett, Landwolf, and Pepe itself).

However, this could be even bigger, as the potential for beta plays around Runner is more than 20 times greater, thanks to the sheer number of memeable characters, compared to what we saw with Boys Club, and that’s not even the best part…

Many of you may not know that the origins of $DOGE actually trace back to the TV show *Homestar Runner.

The misspelled word “DOG” first appeared on June 24, 2005, in an episode of Homestar Runner. In it, $RUNNER refers to Strong Bad as his “D-O-G-E” to distract him from his work.
