Zhirinovsky threatens Britain with nuclear first strike - a sick joke

The fact of the matter is that an intended nuclear first strike by Russia targeting the UK might easily abound to a suicidal first strike on its own territory. The disastrous state of its nuclear arsenal - including the plutonium based warheads - and the carriers - less than 50 per cent of recent missile launches have proved successful, - precludes a risk free and above all a guaranteed first strike capability.
