Almost half of the employees (45 percent) of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Russia are willing to tolerate rough treatment from the management for the sake of a salary increase of up to 10,000 rubles ($150). This is evidenced by the survey data of the company "Megaplan".

Another 24 percent are willing to turn a blind eye to the Manager's screams if they are paid extra, and 48 percent of respondents would be satisfied with an apology in the presence of the team. At the same time, more than 40 percent of employees have already changed jobs because of humiliations from colleagues or management, and 28 percent would have agreed to fire their boss if they had the opportunity.

During the forced transition to removal, relations deteriorated in almost every second team. About 45 percent of managers admitted that they sometimes can't contain themselves and raise their voice at subordinates. The latter in the majority (58 percent) said that they solve conflicts without aggression. The main causes of conflicts, according to employers, are the deterioration of the quality of employees ' work in remote areas and disruption of deadlines for completing tasks.

In may, it became known that major Russian companies and industrial enterprises are considering leaving some of their employees to work remotely. Pavel Segal, first Vice-President of OPORA Russia, believes that the switch to remoting will allow companies to save from 15 to 35 percent of the budget.
